Policies


Session Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full unless due to an emergency or illness.
  • If I (the trainer) need to cancel, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund for that session.

 

Refunds

  • Single sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  • Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded upon request, minus any sessions already used and a 10% administrative fee.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full.


 

Package Expiration

  • All training packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Extensions may be granted for medical or personal emergencies.

  

Required Forms & Intake

  • A Liability Waiver and Health History Form will be sent to your email to ensure your safety and optimize your training experience. This will help me customize your training to meet your specific needs and provide the best possible service. 
  • You can complete these forms electronically at your convenience before your first session.
  •  If you're not comfortable with digital forms, I’ll be happy to assist you in person during your first session.
